From 26 to 28 October 2026, the international water technology sector will come together in Leeuwarden, the capital of water technology. During the fourth edition of the European Water Technology Week (EWTW), entrepreneurs, scientists, policymakers, investors and water clusters will meet at WaterCampus Leeuwarden to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaborations and accelerate innovation.
EWTW brings together research, technology and market implementation in one inspiring programme. Participants gain access to the latest insights, meet international experts and discover practical applications of water technology. The event brings together key players from across the global water technology ecosystem, including: water technology companies, researchers and knowledge institutes, investors and financiers, policymakers and government representatives, international water clusters, industry partners and corporate water users.
The BlueTech Forum Unplugged sessions are integrated into the EWTW programme on day two, and plenary sessions on day three.
BlueTech Forum Unplugged will form part of European Water Tech Week, where we’ll host two closed-door roundtable sessions exploring the market impact of new EU regulations and the journey from regulation to solutions, with discussions spanning PFAS and emerging contaminants, water reuse, and water for AI & data centres.
