ClearFlo Membrane Brine Concentrator (MBC)™What is it?
It is based on the principle of osmosis in which solvent molecules move through a partially permeable membrane into a region of higher solute concentration. The technology uses a proprietary draw solution which naturally draws fresh water across a semi-permeable membrane and leaves unwanted salts and contaminants behind. A recovery system then heats the mixture of draw solution and fresh water to separate the draw solution solute from fresh, potable water.Website
