EATADWhat is it?
Envirco obtained a license from International Bio Recovery Corporation (IBR) to build IBR plants in California in 2009. IBR's technology is called EATAD (enhanced autogenous thermophilic aerobic digestion), which can treat organics such as food waste, fish and bones, municipal solid waste and municipal sewage sludge. IBR claims that the thermophilic bacteria can degrade the organics in 2 to 5 days, converting them into soil fertilizer products.Country
