ATD Hog Manure Treatment SystemWhat is it?
Multiple unit processes to enable solids liquid separation of hog manure, pelletisation of dried biomass product, ammonia stripping and production of re-use quality water. Liquid wastes are treated using a membrane filter followed by ammonia stripping. The ammonia sulphate is combined with the membrane concentrate and solid wastes and dried to produce a pelletised product which can be used as a fertiliser. The process can also be adapted to produce a dried pelletised fuel. The liquid has undergone membrane treatment and ammonia stripping is treated with UV light.Website
