An electro-chemical Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP). Within the organics destruction cell (ODC), molecules of recalcitrant organics are broken down by hydroxyl radicals. What makes Arvia’s system innovative, is that prior to the electrochemical organics destruction the organics and micro-organisms are adsorbed by a dense graphite material called Nyex. This media concentrates the organic contaminants on its surface allowing for electrochemical oxidation to take place.Website
