Porifera offers customizable modules consisting of forward osmosis (FO) membranes that can operate in both co-current and counter-current modes. The company provides a range of commercial options, including individual membranes, modules in parallel or serial configuration, and complete systems. Porifera utilizes carbon nanotube membranes in their systems, along with a draw solution (DS) recovery step.
