AbTech Industries becomes a Publically Traded Company through a Reverse Acquisition Transaction – Feb 9th 2011 (OTCBB: ABHD)
AbTech Industries, the company behind the SmartSponge water purification technology, has become the latest , publically traded water technology pure-play. This came about when AbTech Holdings Inc. (formerly “Laurel Resources, Inc.), merged with AbTech Industries, Inc. through a reverse acquisition transaction.
